Management

Our management service includes a regular inspection visits during periods of non-occupation, weekly post lift where necessary and regular ventilation of properties during the winter months.

All utility and other household bills can be paid on behalf of owners and debited from their on-line client account.

Any essential maintenance work can be discussed, authorized and arranged by the client prior to any work being undertaken, once agreed and if necessary, can be supervised by us to ensure a satisfactory outcome.

A 24 hour contact facility for guests is also provided, should they require our support or assistance during their stay.
