ADVICE TO CLIENTS AND GUESTS

 

Due to the current and ongoing global health crisis, the offices of Algarve Retreats are currently closed. 

 

We would like to reassure all clients and guests that we continue to operate remotely from home and any urgent inquiries should be emailed to [email protected] 

 

 

Algarve Retreats will continue to support and offer advice to all clients with concerns about their holiday accommodation, airport transfers or car rental bookings. 

 

 

Should clients wish to re-evaluate travel plans, please see the important information detailed below. 

 

Your holiday payment is non-refundable, however, we are able to provide alternative dates later in the year, or indeed next year, subject to availability.

Alternatively, if you are not wanting to re book at this stage, we would strongly recommend that you contact the provider of your travel insurance to claim the cost of your holiday.

We can provide a letter for you to confirm the amount paid for your forthcoming holiday, which will be required by your travel insurance company.

If you have paid for your holiday using a credit card, it may be worth while contacting your provider, as you may be able to claim back the cost of your holiday under Section 75 of the Consumer Rights Act.
