Set in a quiet residential location within the popular resort of Praia da Luz, Joolbech is a modern 3-bedroom villa situated just a 5-minute walk away from shops, bars and restaurants.

The villa has an enclosed, private pool area and is situated in an elevated position with views towards the the sea and Luz Bay.

Ideal for families, the villa comprises of, on the ground floor, an entrance hall with doorways leading to the large lounge / dining room with feature patio doors at both ends of the room, one which leads directly to the pool terrace. There is a spacious, well equipped kitchen, with washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge/ freezer, oven hob and microwave. This room also has direct access to the pool terrace. There is also a shower room / WC on this level and a feature dog leg staircase leading to the first floor.

On the first floor there are three good sized bedrooms, one is a double and there are two twin bedded rooms. There are two bathrooms, one has a full suite with a bath and shower over, vanity basin, bidet and WC, the second has a walk-in shower, wash basin and WC.

From the first-floor landing area there is a doorway that leads out to a sun terrace with a small table and chairs to enjoy a morning coffee and a feature spiral staircase that leads to a roof terrace with panoramic views of Luz and the beautiful bay.

Outside, the secure gardens have a lovely kidney shaped pool with a Jacuzzi facility at one end, a BBQ and table and chairs for al-fresco dining. For additional comfort by the poolside, there is a retractable awning to shade from the midday sun. 

Joolbech is an ideal base for a relaxing family holiday. The centre of Luz is within a 15-minute walk away with its traditional charm, famous church and cobbled streets, boutique shops, bars and restaurants offering something for everyone. The promenade is bustling with craft stalls and street traders. The picturesque beach of Praia da Luz and the spectacular bay of Luz are so inviting and offer numerous water sports, sun loungers and parasols available for hire.

The historic town of Lagos is just a 10-min drive away offering an array of restaurants and bars along with some of the best golf courses in the world.
