Located in the popular and exclusive area of Meia Praia the villa is just a few kilometres from the stunning beach, the Marina and the old town of Lagos with its cobbled streets, cosmopolitan atmosphere and array of restaurants and bars. Villa Matias is a perfect villa for a family holiday in Portugal.

This very spacious villa is tastefully decorated to a high standard and comprises of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

The basement area has a large bedroom with double bed and 2 twin beds, bathroom.

On the ground level of the villa you enter via the front door into a hallway which leads off to the lounge, kitchen, a bedroom with twin beds and family bathroom.

The bright spacious living room has 2 comfortable sofa's with patio doors on two sides of the room looking over the pool and sunbathing areas. Outside BBQ area. The views are stunning across to the mountains.

The family kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge / freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave. 

A large feature staircase leads to the first floor where the Master suite is located. With a large double bed and built in wardrobes in a dressing area this room is also equipped with a full en-suite bathroom comprising of a bath with shower over, wash basin, bidet and WC. Sliding patio doors lead out to a south facing sun terrace with views over the pool and gardens below.

The villa is situated on the hill above Meia Praia, the Marina is only a few minutes' drive away and offers a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants. A short walk over the footbridge from the Marina and you are in the centre of the historic town of Lagos with its cobbled streets and colourful square, offering a large variety of restaurants, bars, cafe, shopping and markets.

The golden sandy beach of Meia Praia is also under a 5-minute drive, with a variety of water sports activities available. Palmares, Boa Vista and Penina Golf Courses are a 5 to 15-minute drive away. For the children there are a variety of water parks and theme parks within a 30-minute drive.
