Apartment Flamingo is an ideal base for couples or small families to spend a wonderful holiday. This lovely one-bedroom ground floor, air-conditioned apartment is situated in the exclusive Dom Manuel 1 Condominium and offers fantastic accommodation in the perfect location.

The accommodation briefly comprises of a spacious, sunny lounge with comfortable leather sofas, a TV having over 85 UK channels, UK radio and free internet / Wi-Fi. Patio doors lead to a lovely balcony, with patio table and chairs. Three short steps lead down to the private gardens and pool areas.  Sun loungers are provided around the pool to relax and enjoy the amazing climate, all year round.

The newly fitted kitchen is well equipped, with hob, oven, microwave, washing machine and fridge freezer. There is bathroom with bath/shower over, WC, bidet and large vanity unit with mirror. The large bedroom has a large double bed that can be split to make two singles, fitted wardrobes and bedside units. The bedroom looks over the pool and gardens making the accommodation extremely quiet and relaxing in the evenings.

The apartment is on the ground floor, making it a perfect choice for any one with walking difficulties, or a family with younger children.

The Dom Manuel condominium attracts visitor’s year after year, due to its locality and family friendly environment. The beautiful landscaped gardens along with a full-size pool, children’s pool and sun loungers to soak up the sun, make this a perfect location to enjoy a memorable holiday in Lagos.

The beautiful award-winning marina, with its array of restaurants and bars is than a 5-minute walk away and less than a 10-minute walk to the spectacular white sands of the Meia-Praia Beach, with its large variety of water sports, beach bars and boat trips.

A short walk over the footbridge, along the avenida, you will find yourself in the centre of Lagos, to enjoy all the ambiance and atmosphere of this beautiful historic town. The cobbled streets, boutiques, street entertainers, musicians and large variety of restaurants serving delicious mixtures of local and traditional cuisine, will totally captivate you.

The train station, the bus station, and supermarket are just a 5-minute walk from the complex.

For golf enthusiasts there are many championship courses all within a very easy reach. Boa Vista Palmares and Penina Golf Courses, to name a few, all within a short drive from the complex.
