This stunning family villa,  is built on one level in spacious landscaped enclosed gardens with its own large private swimming pool and is ideal for larger families or friends wanting to spend time together and enjoy a holiday that is truly memorable.

The very large lounge has a very sociable corner sofa, there is a 52" TV, IPTV with over 85 UK channels and full internet available. The villa couldn't be better situated to make the most of your stay in Lagos. Everything is within 5 minutes easy walk away - the 6 km long beautiful Meia Praia beach, the lovely marina and the historic and lively old town of Lagos with its many shops, restaurants and night life. Villa Caldeira is set within a very peaceful cul-de-sac and so offers the ideal retreat after a long day on the beach.

The accommodation comprises of an arched entrance area,  leading to a lovely entrance hall. The 4 bedrooms, 2 with full en suite facilities are set at either end of the villa. The large lounge, dining area and well equipped fitted kitchen is located in the centre of the property, offering excellent accommodation. The beautiful pool and BBQ area make this villa a perfect choice to enjoy complete relaxation and total privacy. Being on one level the villa is ideal for families with children of all ages or elderly relatives with walking difficulties. 

The cosmopolitan Marina is a popular with visitors with its colourful waterfront, excellent restaurants and bars. A 5-minute stroll will take you over the Marina footbridge to Lagos town, one of the most charming destinations on the Algarve.

The local bus station is situated on the other side of the Marina footbridge where you can catch a bus to smaller resorts and beaches in the surrounding areas

You can also walk to the gorgeous white sandy beach of Meia Praia in just 10 minutes, where you can rent a kayak and explore some of the beautiful grottoes – pack a picnic and find one of the many secluded beaches.

In the evenings, wander down the beautiful cobble stone streets of the maritime old town – about 10 minutes’ walk away. Enjoy delightful street markets, musicians, street entertainers and delicious restaurants serving a selection of local cuisine.

This villa is in a very enviable location and a car is not required. The nearest Supermarket - Pingo Doce is a 10-minute walk away and being just a 5-minute walk to the marina itself.

There are a variety of water parks and theme parks within a 25-minute drive.
