Hello Tracey and Adrian
Now that my friends and I have returned home safely I just wanted to pass on a huge thank you from all of us for your help in making our stay a great one. This was the first time any of us had booked a villa privately and so we were quite apprehensive about what we would find "the other end". You should be commended on your customer service and the way you have handled our booking - whenever there has been an issue with receipts, directions or just the odd silly question from me, you have proven to be great at putting our minds at rest (which my husband has always said is a difficult thing to do!). Adrian was incredibly welcoming upon our arrival and went out of his way to lead us to the nearest supermarket in quick time so we could grab some tea bags for a proper cuppa!
The villa itself was outstanding. We couldn't believe our luck as Adrian gave us a tour of the rooms on our first night - the location and size was, in a word, perfect and we've come away having had a true home from home experience. Needless to say we've had discussions again about returning next year and hopefully we'll be able to hire the same villa should it be available.
